THE CHALLENGE
This project presented a critical, two-pronged challenge that required both marketing agility and rigorous scientific oversight.
First, the primary business objective was to successfully hit sales targets during the high-stakes Kickstarter campaign to secure the necessary funding for product launch and manufacturing.
Second, and equally critical, was the need to collaborate closely with the in-house veterinary health professional. This ensured that all delivered content was high-quality, scientifically accurate, and impactful, a necessity for reinforcing the brand's authority and trustworthiness within the specialized field of veterinary health.
THE CREATIVE SOLUTION
To address the combined pressures of immediate funding needs and scientific integrity, we implemented a targeted, integrated approach. Our solution was the development of a cohesive Content Strategy for Accelerated Launch Success. This strategy comprised three key components, all aimed at driving sales and building trust during the short Kickstarter window:
Social Media Strategy: Designing a plan optimized for platform engagement and conversion, focusing on the unique pain points of pet owners.
Content Creation: Developing high-impact content, rigorously validated by the veterinary expert, that demonstrated product efficacy and scientific backing.
Community Management: Actively engaging the target audience, addressing scientific inquiries and logistical questions to foster a supportive and knowledgeable community ready to convert into campaign backers.
